Black & Gold Premier Club

As a thank you to our season ticket holders, PensGear offers a 15% discount on almost all items purchased in stores and at PensGear.com to Black & Gold Premier members. To receive your discount:

In-Store: Open your Penguins app on your smartphone and navigate to the "Game Day" section at the bottom of the screen. From there, tap on the button that says "Mobile Wallet". Please be sure that you are logged in to your Ticketmaster account. This will bring up your Black & Gold Premier card. Show that to your cashier, and they will apply your discount. You do NOT need to have money or pay with your mobile wallet in PensGear stores to receive your discount.

Online: Log in to your PensGear.com account using the same email that you used to sign up for your season tickets (Ticketmaster). If you have not logged in before, you will have to reset your password. Your PensGear.com and Ticketmaster accounts are NOT linked and will not inherently share a password. Once you are logged in to your account, your discount will automatically be taken off of applicable items in your cart. You will not see your discount until items are added to your cart.

Excludes YETI products, Last Chance (clearance), and Penguins Authentics items. Other exclusions may apply. Discounts online may not be available in-store, and vice versa.

Military Discount

US Military members can receive a 10% discount at our physical locations by showing their military ID. Thank you for your service. We do not currently have a way to verify military identifications online. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Giveaways

At various times, a free item or gift-with-purchase (hereafter referred to as "giveaways") may be offered to customers. Orders may or may not require a minimum subtotal threshold be met in order to receive the giveaway. If it does, in the event of a return, the stated price of the giveaway may be assessed during the return process. Additionally, international orders may not be eligible for certain giveaways, and all duties/fees associated with giveaway items are solely the responsibility of the recipient. International customers may want to opt out of a giveaway for this reason. Giveaways cannot be requested, are not guaranteed to any customer, and may be included/excluded for any reason. Multiple orders placed to the same address with the intention of receiving multiple giveaways will be consolidated, and only one giveaway will be provided.
