PensGear offers a 30 day return/exchange policy on all items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return to us based upon the below criteria:
- New and unused
- Accompanied by packing list or original receipt and tags
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Product that has been worn, washed or used
- Custom jersey orders
- DVDs that have been opened
- Dated, holiday, event-exclusive or otherwise limited edition items
- Clearance (Last Chance) items
- Penguins Authentics items
Any item purchased through PensGear.com can be returned at a physical location, either at PensGear at PPG Paints Arena or PensGear at the UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex in Cranberry. If you are returning a product to PensGear.com, the customer is responsible for all freight charges. However, if the customer received the product damaged / defective or the wrong item was shipped you will be credited for shipping. All refunds will be credited to the original credit card account.
We recommend using a service with point-to-point tracking when returning merchandise to PensGear.com to ensure proper delivery. You MUST obtain authorization from customer service to return your package. Once you have contacted customer service, please return the product back to us at the below address:

Please be sure to include your name, order number, contact information, and reason for return/exchange in your package.
We reserve the right to refuse any order for whatever reason. We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase (an order already accepted by us) in the following situations, without being liable for any damage or costs:
- The product is not available / in stock (any payments will be refunded);
- Your billing information is not correct;
- Your order is flagged up by our security systems as an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud;
- Your bank transfer payment is not received within 8 calendar days after acceptance of your order;
- We have reason to believe you are under 16;
- We have reason to believe that you are a reseller;
- There was an error in the price quote;
- We could not deliver to the address provided by you.
